Body-Solid (SJG100) 4-Station Jungle Gym

Four Independent Cable Stations in One Connected System:
The Body-Solid (SJG100) 4-Station Jungle Gym gives four users independent selectorized stations within one connected commercial system. Its adjustable cable column, seated mid-row, seated lat pulldown, and high-pulley station cover a wide range of pulling, pressing, arm, core, and functional exercises. This multi-station gym supports individual workouts, trainer-led sessions, and compact strength circuits without sharing a weight stack. Clearly defined positions also help groups rotate between exercises more efficiently.
Choose the Resistance Range for Each Station:
Every Body-Solid Jungle Gym station operates from its own stack, so one user can change resistance without interrupting another. Facilities can order four standard 210 lb stacks or upgrade all four stations to 310 lb stacks for programs serving stronger users. The included lat bar, row handle, single handle, and triceps rope provide the primary attachments needed to begin using the cable stations after installation.
Commercial Cable Training That Can Grow with the Facility:
The Body-Solid 4-Stack Jungle Gym uses heavy-gauge steel, commercial cables and pulleys, and a scratch-resistant matte-black finish for shared training areas. It also serves as the four-stack foundation within Body-Solid’s expandable SJG platform, giving facilities a clear path toward larger five- or eight-stack layouts. That combination suits buyers who need strong current capacity while planning for future membership, staffing, or programming changes. Facilities can expand to the 5-station or 8-station models as their facility needs evolve.
