Troy VTX 3-50 lb Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells & Rack

The Troy VTX 3-50 lb Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells & Rack

Complete VTX Cast-Iron Dumbbell Package for Home Strength Training.
The Troy VTX 3-50 lb Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells & Rack supplies thirteen fixed-weight pairs for presses, rows, curls, raises, lunges, carries, and full-body circuits. Its progression includes lighter sizes for warmups, rehabilitation, and isolation work before advancing through the heavier pairs. Solid cast-iron heads provide straightforward resistance, while the six-sided shape helps keep each dumbbell from rolling between exercises in a dedicated home strength training room.
Compact Four-Sided Rack for Thirteen Dumbbell Pairs:
This Troy Hex Dumbbell Package includes a GVDR-13 vertical rack designed to store the complete set in a smaller footprint than long horizontal shelving. Four-sided access keeps the weight range visible and distributes the pairs around the tower. Molded markings help users identify each size, while straight steel handles provide consistent hand positioning. The rack requires assembly, but the dumbbells arrive ready for immediate strength training.
Best Fit for Residential Free-Weight Programs:
The Troy VTX Dumbbell Set is intended for home use and gives buyers a coordinated alternative to selecting individual weights and storage separately. The unusual 3, 5, 8, 10, and 12 lb starting progression supports beginners and accessory movements, while five-pound jumps continue through the heavier range. This dumbbell set with rack works well in dedicated residential strength rooms needing broad exercise coverage and orderly storage.
