TKO (7064-G2) Ab & Back Machine

The TKO Ab & Back Machine

Abdominal Crunches and Back Extensions from One Seat.
The TKO (7064-G2) Ab & Back Machine combines guided abdominal crunches and back extensions within one commercial selectorized station. Reversing the setup lets users train both sides of the trunk without occupying two machines. The supported seated position and fixed resistance path help members concentrate on controlled movement, making the unit useful for general strength circuits, athletic preparation, coached core training, and independent workouts serving a wide range of experience levels.
Quick Cam Adjustment for Range Selection:
The TKO Signature Abdominal Crunch/Back Extension uses a quick-adjust cam and range selector to establish the starting position for each movement. A multi-position seat helps different users align with the machine, while molded high-resilience foam and double-stitched polyurethane upholstery support repeated facility use. The selectorized stack allows fast resistance changes, and the enclosed weight area keeps moving components separated from the primary access side during exercise transitions.
Dual Core Training for Commercial Strength Programs:
This commercial ab and low-back machine suits schools, athletic centers, military gyms, studios, recreation departments, and commercial fitness facilities. Its matte-black frame, black padding, instructional placard, and compact dual-function layout support a coordinated strength area. Facilities can provide opposing trunk movements within one footprint while giving users straightforward adjustments and guided resistance instead of relying entirely on floor exercises or free-moving cable setups. This supports efficient daily core programming.
